I just started getting this error, my computer is really running slow, if the
screen saver comes on, moving the mouse will not do anything, must
control,alt, delete.

Please help me fix this before it crashes.

Okay, here is some thing new. I turned off the screen saver and restarted the
computer and the Error does not come up any more. should I still run the
memory diag. also, I ran avast and it found 9 bad files. I repaired the ones
it let me, and deleted the one that couldnt be repaird, and Ignored the one
that said attached to windows/system 32. so now what about the trojens I
ignored, affraid to delete them.

Yes run the mem diagnostic. If mem checks ok then to be honest I wouldn't
mess with it. I'd start a new install. You can try a repair.

Be sure to apply these to your repair install before connecting to any
network.
