Error installing Incedemail

I have downloaded incredemail to my computer and when I try to install it I
keep getting an error message to check disk space and permissions can anyone
help me install this program thanks......

here i think you should check how much free space is availablein your
local drive

then on the permissions , do you have the rights of a administrator so
as to install .if you do not have , that will depend on the operating
system you are using , you can log in as and administratorto the local
machine OR you can give your self the rights
