Error installing a Pinnacle systems MovieBox DV on a Win XP Pro PC

HI, i am trying to install a MovieBox DV on my machine and keep getting an
error61883 Device Class: This device cannot start. (Code 10).I have
installed the moviebox on two or three different pc's and get the same error,
i think its a driver problem with windows XP and it does not come with any
other driver.It is connected with a firewire cable to the pc and the
suppliers of this device said it should work fine with the windows XP driver,
has anyone had a similar error or can anyone tell me how to fix this, thanks
