Error in windows xp prof

Resp Sir,

How are you sir? i have windows xp professional, i am
facing one problem frequently in windows xp, while
connect internet through modem my computer goes to
shutdown. one error is comming in small window the error
is.
your computer will shutdown in '60' seconds.

frequntly this error i am getting while internet
connected.

so pls. send me this error's solution.
