error in USER.EXE

have recently started getting the following message:
Explorer has caused an error in USER.EXE
Explorer will now close.
This seems to only happen when I've been scrollong with a
mouse, ten make a keystroke on the keypad.
Anyone know how to fix?

Your problem sounds like it's a video issue- not a spyware or parasite
problem.
