I am tired of this error "windows has caused an error in
USER.exe,explorer will close now".
earlier i was told to remove any s/w like pop up
stopper,but still i am getting the same error.
Please some help me with right solution.

Your video adaptor may need to be updated.

But it's more likely (at present) that you have some sort of malware on your
computer which is interfering with IE.

Try these programs:
Ad-aware 6- Lavasoft: http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot - Search & Destroy: http://security.kolla.de/ (more aggressive than
Ad-Aware- use caution when "fixing" things)
HijackThis http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ (also a little tricky to use)
