Error in Outlook

When I enter an apostrophe in an email message it causes
an error - Outlook freezes and offers to send the message
to Microsoft. (example: Max & Erma's) After the
apostrophe is typed the screen freezes (not every time
but often enough)

What version of Outlook? Does it also occur in Word? It sounds like the
spelling/grammar checker is the cause here.

What is logged to the Event Viewer regarding this? Have you fully updated
your Office already?

It says Faulting application winword.exe version
10.0.4524.0 faulting module winword.exe version
10.0.4524.0 fault address 0x00017dba. Haven't updated
office - I guess that's next. Thanks.
