Error in opening link in Outlook Express

When clicking on an internet link in an email using Outlook Express, instead
of taking me to the link, a folder named "NT" opens with several .dll files
shown. What is causing this?
 
See if these commands help, from Start/Run:

regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
