error in my computer(may have something to do with system32)

http://www.giark.com/error.png this happens on all of the programs that i
download from microsoft(such as msn messenger and visualc#)
this may have to do with system32 or wextract im not sure though
please help

Hi,

Did you empty the internet explorer temporary files. This is the web cache
and might have become stale and you are writing the same file again and
again.

Go to tools | internet options

clear cookies
delete files and also check the offline file option
clear history

this will flush out the cache. Now download the files for msn messenger or
yahoo msg and then save it on a folder in d:\ or any data folder and then run
setup from that. do not rely on running directly from the web cache.
