Error after upgrading to XP

I upgraded my pc from millenium to xp last week system ran ok, tonight I got
the following error when the sys crased and did scan disk and I don't know
what it is or what to do.

I have spy doctor and scanned no virus came up, I also download hijack this
if that helps.
I can get on the pc by by passing the scan disk before its starts otherwise
the pc is non responsive.

Well what in the world is hijack,from the error text that mentions it,it's
probably the reason(s) for the crash.Uninstall it.Other than that,from ME
to xp,run disk clean up,defrag,remove restore points,in add/remove
programs delete the ME files.Also,one should convert the file system from
FAT32 to ntfs,ntfs is default in xp.Actually one should boot to xp cd,select
install xp,new copy,delete the partition (ME) create one,then let xp format
and install xp.Do this instead of the upgrade,ME and everything that goes
with it is total junk,xp doesnt need or use any of it....
