error in internet explorer

I have problem with internet explorer
I download spybot-search and destroy . delete all red in
listed.
Also I add aware-6 in to my system
Still I got following error message

IEXP~1.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error signature
AppName:iexplo~1.exe Appver:0.0.0.0
ModName:unknown
Modver:0.0.0.0 Offset:00000000

The following files will be included in this error report:
C:\DOCUME~1\MK\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERE0.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt

Also I notice ever time error report file will change. up
to Temp folder is the same after that every time change
file name.

Pls help me to fix that problem.

Locate "appcompat.txt" and paste the contents of that file
in your next message ...........
