Error In group policy

Hi,

I have Active Directory in my network, I try to open the LOCAL Security
policy on the terminal server and get an error: "Failed to open the Group
Policy Object on this computer. You may not have appropriate rights"
details: Unspecified error. I am connect to this server with the
administrator account.

Hi,

This can be caused by many things. DNS, SMB signing, permissions.
Is this TS also a DC?
