Error in Event Log

I have Windows 2000 Professional (SP3). I received next
message in Event Log.
Source: IISInfoCtrs
ID: 1003
It is not possible to request of service IIS the data on
speed. The error code is returned by the register in
format DWORD 0.

What can I do?
