error id 7031

the remote procedure call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly.it has done
this 1 time. the following corrective action will be taken in 60000ms ..

whenever i am trying to connect to internet from modem. this error is
coming. ..
 
If you want help from this forum we really do need more information...

What operating system?
Does this error stop the connection or just pop up?
Did you install anything or download something from the Internet just before
this occurred?
Are you running any active and up to date Antivirus software?
Have you tried reinstalling the modem?
