i dunno what to do i can't burn cd's?
message: Error ID = 0xC00D11C9, Condition ID = 0x00000000
 
Sorry this isn't more specific help.... but have you run through this set of
troubleshooting steps?

The solution is probably in there.

Make sure you've got the latest driver installed, from the burner's
manufacturer.
