I have never seen this before:

winsetup.exe
The requested operation requires elevation.

Any idea? Thank you.
 
The program requires Administrative Priviledges, try right clicking the
application again and this time click 'Run as Administrator'.

I don't know where you've seeing this, but in this case Vista has helped
you by preventing installation. This file belongs to Trojan.W32.Agent so
I really don't think you want it.

Depending on your situation, possibly a scan with your antivirus and
antimalware removal tools might be in order now.
