Question: How does one "elevate privileges" @ the CMD prompt?
Example: When attempting to trouble-shoot network connection, I tried
to flush DNS and could not -
I have copied/pasted the CMD response below:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6000]
Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
C:\Users\%UserName%>ipconfig /flushdns
The requested operation requires elevation.

TIA,
Steve
