Error: Entry Point not found

Hi,
Would someone help me with this issue?
When i double click on internet iexplore here is what it
say"the procedure entry point could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
Please help me how to fix this bug.

Execute SFC.EXE from the start/run applet and extract the kernel32.dll from
your windows CD.

The file may have been changed if you install some new software of is
corrupt.

Rule out parasite if still having problems.
