Error during Setup

I was having problems with my system and decided to re-
install WIN XP Home. The setup will not complete. All
appears normal until the progress bar says "Installing
Devices" and "Setup will complete in approximately 34
minutes" then it crashes. I get a blue screen and this
message:

DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING-OPERATION.....

...Stop:0x000000CE(0xF2BB9380,0x0000000,0x00000000)
