Windows Setup with "Blue Screen"

Hi,

I've been having so many problems with my computer these 2 weeks that I
decided to re-install Windows XP Pro. Problems like the PC reboots at times
when i am watching TV via Hauppauge TV card, Internet Explorer shuts down
when viewing we pages, sometimes it just reboots by itself etc.

New problem occured when i tried to re-install Windows XP, "blue screen"
appears
when it was in the "Installing Devices" stage and this message shows:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
'
'
'
'
'
Stop: 0x0000000A (0xBF9211A5, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x804e7933)

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete

I got another harddisk and run setup again. Again, i encountered the above
problem. I then removed all PCI cards and attached hardware and tried to run
setup again. But the "blue screen" message keeps appearing when it was in the
"Installing devices" stage of the Windows XP setup.

I suspect it could be a RAM issue here.

Can somebody advise on this? Please help!

Thanks!

Have you tried different RAM?

Either way, try installing Windows with no Devices Cards in, i.e. take
your TV Card and any other cards out, see if the same problem accours.

After installation, replace the cards one by one, and install the
drivers for each.
