Error during inserting usb external storage device

Hi!
When inserting usb external storage device,
sometimes Blue screen appears.
In brief information about blue screen,

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

"

After FBA, I tried to install QFE 838989.
But fails with error.
USB2.0's QFE 822603 is applied.

Q:
1) Anybody succeed installing QFE 838989?
then after is it ok with any usb external device?
and which configuration is needed?

Hello lins77,

I think your problem is a IRQ problem with the USB and PCI bus.
We use a lot of USB external devices and have no problem with XPE but
sometimes with the BIOS settings.

Please check your BIOS settings for the USB, PCI, VGA, Network etc. Try to
“set default†the BIOS.
Check also if the problem is occur on al the USB ports on your system.

You can also try to make a Target Analyzer file (with TAP.EXE) of your
system with the USB device plugged in, insert the Target Analyzer file into
your image and perhaps ?..
