error during email composition

Hi, when I attempt to forward an email or compose one I get these error
messages: line so and so object exptected; or menu button is undefined ; or
ylib_keyevt is undefined...help...i just reinstalled windows a month ago and
it was al good until last week...something went wrong.

Disable script debugging.
Internet Options> Advanced. Check the box next to
"Disable script debugging" and uncheck the box next to "Display a
notification about every script error." Click OK/Apply.
