Error During Copy or Move Sheet in Excel 2003

Dear Support,

We're trying to copy or move sheet for file size 70.1MB, unfortunately excel
application generate an error message "MIscrost office application encounter
an error and need to close',
So, may i know how to rectify the issues and solve the problem.

Forgot to include, actually the size of 70.1MB is contributed by 467 sheets
in that workbook.
