Error Deleting File or Folder (Video Clip)

When I try to delete or even rename a video clip, I get
an error message that reads:

Cannot delete ________________ :It is being used by
another program. Close any programs that might be using
this file and try again.

I use Windows Media Player to play my video clips. I
have closed it (I think). Meaning, I "X" out of it. I
do not know what name to look for it under to "End Task"
it.

A similiar error message appears when I try to rename a
video file. I am only getting error messages when it
comes to video files. Music files or no problem.

Is something else running that might be causing this
problem. Thanks for any help I receive.
