Error: Create New Folder

Hi,

When I create New Foler in explorer(XPe), Error occured.
-"Windows Explorer-
"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience"

How can i fix it?

Jason,

I haven't seen the error.
When you included Explorer (Shell, App) in to your image configuration, have
you added all its dependencies?
Check you EventView log for any related errors.
You may also run Regmon/FileMon tool to see what's going on when you create
a new folder in Explorer.
