Error code Product 256_1

I keep getting the following error and it is always
product 256_1.

I have gone through Event Viewer and MS says sorry no
additional info. What a surprise!

Anyone know where I can find out what the product code
corresponds to? As usual, MS help is non existant. They
already have our money and won't talk unless we give Bill
more.
