Error Code for unsent messages

Hi,
I,m having trouble sending messages. Each time I try I get a message saying
I have a Socket error: 10013 and error number 0x800C0E. I have checked my
mail box settings and all are correct. Can anyone help?
 
Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much with just a few pieces of the error message.
