error code 5 access denied

I am having the same problem. I am trying to start the print spooler
service and it gives me the error code 5 and access denied. I have
been reading the groups for 2 hours now and have tried alot of things.
I have tried deleting registry keys as well as folders but nothing
works. I also reinstalled the spoolsv.ex_ and that didnt work either.
Can anyone help me. I would really appreciate it!!
