Error Code 1231

anybody have any idea what causes this error? Pay
particular attention to the error code number. I can
find other articles referencing this event ID, but none
reference this error code.

Didn't find much on it but appears to be a possible "networking" issue as
the 1231 =
ERROR_NETWORK_UNREACHABLE
The network location cannot be reached.
