Error code: 0x80072f78 when checking email

I use MSN Explorer to check my email, but when I go to my inbox there is a
yellow exclamation point next to it and it gives me a message saying it can't
send or recieve messages. It also gives me an error message saying Error
code: 0x80072f78. Please help!!
