Error Code 0x800700f after I downloaded service pack

My Windows XP is not allowing me to use after Downloading
the latest service pack. I get error code 0x800700f
{Windows cannot accurately check the licence for this
computer} PLEASE HELP!

Hey there,

Just a question but your copy of XP is legit right? Just
curious because I've heard of this happening to other
people shortly after SP1 came out that were using serial
numbers that were not their own legal ones. Just wanted to
make sure before trying to troubleshoot this problem further.
