Error code 0000009c

[IneedHelp]

This error began on the 17th of june and caused my pc to randomly
reboot, could anyone help me with this problem, in my event log it
started after a windows update on the 17th of june, could this cause
this problem?

the full error message is
Error code 0000009c, parameter1 00000002, parameter2 8054d370,
parameter3 f6002000, parameter4 0000017a.

Also i have unistalled the patch (i think) but the problem sitll
