Error:CDaoExecption

I am updating one of our test rooms from Windows 98SE to XP. The frist
computer that I updated when our tester attempts to run the test program he
gets the following message:

Error: CDaoExecption
SCODE_CODE = 340
SCODE_FACILITY = 4
SCODE_SEVERITY = 1
ResultFromSCODE = 214722164

This program is pulled off of our network and is the exact same one that he
is currently using on the WIN98 machines that I have not upgraded yet.

It would seem that the program is not compatible with XP. Just because it
works in Win98 doesn't mean it will work in XP, an entirely different
operating system. You should check with the makers of the test program.
