error- can't load lxsupmon.dll

I can't even find regsv32
I have a lexmark computer Z705 - it prints - but not always from the web. I have xp please help!
 
I even purchased uniblue - as it advertise being able to fix dll errors - no luck -waste of money

Can anyone help
