Error; C00D11CD

I have just downloaded Windows Media Player 10 (after using WMP9 for a long
time) and found that when I click on "My Playlists" and click on a certain
playlist, this message comes up:

C00D11CD: Unknown error
Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when
another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does
not communicate the nature of the problem to Windows Media Player.

++

I've also noticed that half the music files I had on WMP9 aren't on WMP10.
Anybody know why?
