Error browsing Network Neighborhood

Nathan Guidry

When going to Network Neighborhood and trying to browse Microsoft Networks,
all of our XP Pro machines are getting the following error:
" Domain is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if
you have access permissions. The network path was not found."

Internet firewall is disabled on all machines. Any suggestions?

Need more information. I take it you have a domain
controller inplace. IS it a 2000 server or NT or 2003.
based on the error I believe you are not logging on to
the domain for some reason. But would need more info

This sounds very similar to my problem as well. I am
running Windows XP Home edition on the host computer and
Windows XP Professional on the client computer. I have
an external cable modem and am trying to use the Linksys
Powerline USB adapters (no router). Where do I get help
for this? Linksys has no idea what to do with me. They
tell me to contact Microsoft - but I cant find anything
in the knowledge base that has worked for me.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
