What does 'missing SKU115' mean?
When I open Word 2003 docs, my computer goes to a Windows Install message
box, but cannot complete the installation because an error message comes up
i.e. missing SKU115. Help me please.
 
Search the *exact* message text at Google.
You probably need to repair Office from the original installation CD.
