Error - BCM toolbar missing; accounts visible in Outlook, no Conta

Problem: I openend Outlook 2007 this morning with BCM and found that the BCM
toolbar had disappeard. My contacts are visible in Outlook and Taskbar - but
the Business Contacts data appears to be missing.

Options tried:
- Rebooting
- I found this problem on another PC forum and found a regedit fix that
involved checking a setting on a file (mine already appeared to be set as it
should be)
- I have tried creating a new profile. In this profile 'accounts' appears
in the left menu bar, but the ribbon with BCM is still not there.

I am at my wits end as I need to get to my data.

Please help someone!!!!

The bcm addin might be disabled.

I have basically the same problem. However, it only occurs when I am working
in off-line mode and Outlook cannot "see" the Exchange server. If I
establish a network connection and reload outlook the toolbar comes back.
Disconnect and it goes away again next time I load Outlook. This is a major
problem as I am on the road most of the time and need to be able to access my
BCM data when I am not connected to our office server.

I have trawled this and other forums but not found the answer.
- I have reloaded uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and BCM
- I have checked the BCM add-in status in privacy manager - active
- I have checked the load status in the registry - set to 3 as it should be

This problem is making BCM unusable for us. I am under pressure to retrn to
Goldmine!
