What were you doing when you got this error message?

I have seen this with a defective CD/DVD drive and with defective media. Try
a different disk. Do the exact same thing you were doing when you got the
error message. Does it still occur?

Hi,

Reseat or replace the cable connecting it to the motherboard (both ends).

Rick, we reseated the cable to the motherboard. I have rechecked the System
