Error at the time of the installation of the french language pack

I downloaded via Windows Update french language pack.
The download is held well. At the time of the installation, the files are
copied.
The installation is blocked to approximately 90% and fails announcing me
“Error: code 2â€

Would have a solution or ideas for this problem?

P.S. : excuse me for my bad english
 
My same problem as well, only from Italian while trying to install English
language pack.
