OK, when I close Outlook, it opens a dialog box that says, "Microsoft Office
Outlook has stopped working (blue letters) and below, "Windows is checking
for a solution to the problem", then it opens other dialog box that says; "A
problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows wil close the
program and notify you if a solution is available" Then it opens other dialog
box that says, "Watson client has stopped working. Windows is checking for a
solution." Closes the dialog box and opens other one that says, Watson Client
has stopped working, A problen caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".

You mentioned Windows Defender before. I don't see you describing what
Windows Defender says is changing.
