Error after adding addin

After installing an addin I get the following messages.

Component not correctly registered
then
unexpected error (336)

And the program toolbar are not added.

Pleas help.

The add-in you are trying to add is probably an .xll add-in.
Is it a Microsoft add-in or a third party add-in? You might want
to install the add-in using the installation files provided. This would
normally register the .xll add-in and solve this problem.
