ERROR Access is denied.

I have setup 4 user accounts in XP. I am the administrator, the other 3 are Limited Users. The problem being that every time they log in the following message appears about ten or twelve times ERROR Access is denied. Each time you OK and acknowledge the message, as I say another one appears... Any ideas... I'm really quite new to being an administrator. But it stops the kids loading crap onto my hard drive!!! Have you removed any software recently from you computer?
Or applied an specific admin changes?

Also do you have an up-to-date virus scanner.?

I haven't removed any software, but I have changed their accounts from admin to limited access. This seems to be causing the problem.
