"Error 8000-4005" - What Does it Mean?

I bought an inexpensive WinTVR3 PCI card from Circuit City and it works
pretty well except when I try to record a cable TV program. I get this
"Error 8000=4005: Cannot build graph" message. I even installed a high
performance AGP video card but it still did not solve the problem. I
would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling the drivers for the TV card
