Error 735 on Dial up for multiple users

Hello,

I am a local isp who has seen customers have this
particular problem only on Winxp

The KB article I found:

However there is no resolution posted, would you be kind
enough to post a fix to this particular issue?

Product Support Services to obtain the fix". it is free.
