Error 633: The modem is not installed

I have tried a lot of articles but cannot find an exe file called tapiini.
Is this there in Windows Xp?? How do u resolved a 633 error with dial up??

Thanks for the effort guys...I could not find that exe file anywhere in the
computer, not in system, not in system 32
