Error 633: Modem is in use.

I am using a pcmcia modem (sierra wireless, aircard 550). I have successfully
installed the neccessary drivers for the modem and create a DUN for the modem.

When I try to make a dial-up connection, there is this error window says:
"Error 633: The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is
not configured properly".

I am pretty sure that the modem is working properly, because when I test my
modem by clicking query modem on the Diagnostics tab in the modems tool in
Control Panel, the modem responds normally and appear to be working
correctly. In addition, I have made sure that no other problems is using the
com port.
