Error 550

Diane

I'm trying to send an email to an aol account and I get the following error
message:
'(e-mail address removed)' on 8/5/2008 11:50 am, 550 not local host aol.com, not a
gateway.

Can someone help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

It usually means that the SMTP server you are using does not recognize you
as an authorized customer. This may happen when you had your ISP's email
account set as "Default" in Outlook or Outlook Express, then switched ISP's.
It can also happen if you do not have "My server requires authentication"
checked, or if you have an invalid username and/or password
