error 550

I am trying to publish a new webpage to an existing
website and I receive a message that read like this

550 index.html : Permission denied

I cannot find what I am doing wrong.
I am using Frontpage XP

Any suggestions.

Contact your host. If you're getting an error 550 that's coming from the
server itself that you're trying to publish to and chances are it's a
permissions issue with your host.
