Error: 4203

My Live Hotmail, MSN Hotmail, Outlook 2003 and Outlook Connector Version 12
seem to be working well, but I'm receiving this error message in Outlook
Connector: "Error in Mail There is an error synchronizing your mail
account. Please verify your account has been configured correctly by first
accessing your mail on the web. Error: 4203" Does anyone know why I'm
getting this message or what I'm supposed to do?

Since when do you get this error?
Did it work without errors before that?
Which changes did you make on your computer during that period?
Did you already convert your Hotmail account/interface to the Windows Live
Hotmail interface?

I've been trying to convert my Hotmail account/interface to the Windows Live
Hotmail interface ever since I installed the Windows Live browser. At the
time, Outlook Connector was giving me a message "Error in Mail. Account must
be upgraded to Window Live Hotmail account. visit http://g.live.com for
details . . . Error: 3211 Server. User is not in Kahuana." I tried to access
that website, but was redirected to MSN Hotmail. I'd try to access Live
Hotmail but would be directed to MSN Hotmail. And when I tried to upgrade
from MSN Hotmail I'd be told it was not possible. I went to the Windows Live
website and installed Windows Live Mail, which works fine, but then I began
getting the aforementioned message. PS: My ISP is Qwest, who have told me
they don't support Windows Live and referred me to their MSN partners at
Microsoft, who've told me they can't help and that I need to speak with
Windows Live Support.

ever since I installed the Windows Live browser
What do you mean with the Windows Live browser?

Try logging in via http://mail.live.com

Either way, until your Live account issues are not solved, it's not an
Outlook issue. Contacting Windows Live Support indeed is a good next step if
you encounter upgrade issues with your account via the Hotmail interface.

Every attempt to login at "mail.live.com" redirects me to MSN Hotmail at
which I'm unable to upgrade to Live Hotmail. The "Windows Live Browser" I
referred to is a version or adaptation of Internet Explorer 7 provided by
Qwest (qwest.live.com) which offers Windows Live features such as being able
to see your mail on your home page, if you can upgrade your mail from MSN
Hotmail to Live Hotmail, which I have not been allowed to do. Neither MSN
technical support nor Qwest technical support will give me a telephone number
for Live Hotmail technical support, but MSN technical support has "escalated"
my issue and I am to hear from Live Hotmail technical support in 3 to 5 days.
I'll post again if and when I hear from Live Hotmail technical support.
Thanks for trying, Roady.
